U.S. SHIPPING - The items will normally be shipped via USPS MAIL, Fed Ex, or UPS (depending on size and weight) with Delivery Confirmation and the Buyer pays all shipping costs noted. Your item will normally be shipped the next business day after the payment is made and cleared. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in shipping unless insurance is purchased (No exceptions).
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: S&H costs to the US and Canada are provided. For other Countries please eMail us for S&H costs.
We ship internationally using USPS First Class International Mail. We will supply you with a U.S Customs Number when we ship the item. We are not responsible for any duties or taxes charged by customs or postal authorities in the country to which the item is being shipped. We have shipped many items internationally without any problems and as indicated by our FeedBack, we pride ourselves in offering fast and efficient shipping. However, because we cannot insure or track international packages shipped using USPS First Class International mail, we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during shipment. We will keep a copy of the postal receipt for our records as proof that we shipped the item.
PAYMENT- We accept all forms of PAYPAL payments, including CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS.
INSURANCE - We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in shipping unless insurance is purchased. We do not include Insurance in the S&H charges noted in the item description. Insurance for items valued up to $50.00 is an additional $1.75 which should be added to the total provided at checkout.
RETURNS - Upon notification to the Seller, any item which is inoperable may be returned within 3 Days of receipt using USPS, FedEx or UPS with Delivery Confirmation and Insurance (if item was originally sent with Insurance). When the returned item is received by the Seller, the Buyer will receive a full refund of the item Purchase Price ONLY. Item must be in original package, with all pieces & accessories, and not damaged. Buyer is responsible for all return Shipping Costs and Insurance. All of our items are permanently marked with our ID to prevent the return of items that we did not sell. These marks do not affect the physical appearance or operation of the item.
