What shipping company do you use?
We generally use the United States Postal Service (USPS) for all of our shipping. The class of shipping is noted in the item description. We have found the USPS to be the most dependable of all the shipping venues available. We include Delivery Confirmation in all of our shipping costs.
From time to time, if an item is bulky or very heavy, we will use Fed Ex or UPS to keep the S&H costs reasonable.
Can items which are not operable be returned?
Upon notification, any item which is inoperable may be returned within 3 Days of receipt using USPS, Fed-Ex, or UPS with Delivery Confirmation and Insurance (if item was originally sent with Insurance). Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. When the returned item is received by us, the Buyer will receive a full refund of the item Purchase Price ONLY. Item must be in original package, with all pieces & accessories. All of our items are permanently marked with our ID to prevent the return of items that we did not sell. These marks do not affect the physical appearance or operation of the item.
Returns are not accepted for perishable food items.
We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in shipping unless insurance is purchased (No exceptions). Please see our notes on insurance under "Terms."
Can I believe the descriptions of the items you are selling?
We try very hard to include any and all information about a product to ensure that you can make an informed decision.
